The janitor at my work banned me from using the disabled washrooms because i track specs of dirt inside, I’m autistic and i use them to calm down.

Hello, I work as a groundskeeper at a museum/park/mosque, I occasionally track dirt in with my boots. And by that I mean maybe there will be three specks in one spot, im not even downplaying that. Because of this we wear booties on our feet when we go through the service entrance to get to the washrooms but i don't always have them, either way we still kick our boots and they leave no more than a sneaker would (NONE, trust me, i watch my steps everytime) The janitor who works at the museum gets upset at this, she's gotten upset at water being on the sink (from using it, i've been wiping down the sink after using it for months now) i've been watching my steps with eagle eyes looking for the slightest bit of dirt, she always manages to find some. 2 days ago i walked into the…

The janitor who works at the museum gets upset at this, she's gotten upset at water being on the sink (from using it, i've been wiping down the sink after using it for months now) i've been watching my steps with eagle eyes looking for the slightest bit of dirt, she always manages to find some. 2 days ago i walked into the hallway with the bootys on and when i went to exit she was yelling about dirt from boots that didnt even touch the ground.

Whenever she raises her voice at me, I don't engage because I just refuse to, i cant handle without breaking down it so i disengage. I went for the disabled washrooms this morning like i always do given the fact im autistic, every building i've regularly been in ive used the single/disabled washrooms to calm down or stim.

I took a pic just in case she complained, when i went to the disabled washrooms at lunch, they were fucking LOCKED. I'm not allowed to use them anymore because apparently, they are for the office staff only ( THEY'RE PUBLIC WASHROOMS WITH A WHEELCHAIR/UNISEX) LOGO I don't wanna take this to anybody because I feel like I'm overblowing this situation and i dont want anybody to know im on the spectrum but i cant repress myself and the public washrooms have people in them who have also BEEN OUTSIDE.
