The Job Market

Just got turned down for a job that I was very overqualified for. Job asked for, 2 Years Supervisory or Manager experience Associates or Technical degree Problem solving skills Computer/Technical Skills English speaking I have, 8 Years of Supervisory & Team Leading experience Bachelors, Business Admin from one of the US top Business Colleges Microsoft Suite 8 years JMP PRO 15+ 2 years English and Spanish (Reading) Indeed, LinkedIN, Resume, Cover-letter (Individualized per job) 50k a year. No interview, no email beyond “Yeah, we're going with someone else”. Frustrating to say the very least. Oh, and on a side note. Jobs that say “Entry-level” but want someone to have 2-3 years of experience + know their 3-4 obscure programs + 2-3 state licenses can go ahead and fuck right off. Edit: You know what makes it even better… They contacted me after I applied saying we like your original application,…
