The minimum wage goes up to $15/hr in Minnesota this week. Instead, I got 75% of my hours cut.

I work at a university library, where we are short two librarians already. I do a librarian’s job for the minimum wage as a student worker, and this summer I was working 35 hours or so a week. My bosses are so upset, and fighting their hardest to come to a better arrangement, since I had planned to move on after August anyhow. But this is just a massive kick in the teeth.
