there’s no honor in being loyal to a job. tbh, they see employees as an expense and would replace you for any cheaper option, whether that’s automation or overseas contractors.
it’s real common in this community and young people in general to be confused on what their purpose is in life. and that’s understandable, how can we know what makes our own life better when all our energy is spent towards making companies richer and leaving ourselves financially and mentally empty.
