I am interviewing for a job which pays £10 per hour (a few pennies more than the minimum wage). The recruitment process includes 4 steps (interview with the recruiter, the hiring manager and 2 role plays). Is this to be considered normal or shall I just tell them to f.o.?
Edit: is a telemarketing job (in my native language, so shouldn't I be paid more because I speak a language they need?), no training, no career development, nada. It's only appealing to me because it's fully remote, BUT i will also have to use my own equipment (laptop, headset etc)
