I work in a hospital lab. A new schedule just came out. No more Monday to Friday, no more four on four off. Everyone has to work weekends, morning and afternoons in rotation, maybe nights too.
Also no one is gonna be full time anymore just .996 of full time. So there goes our Stat Pay. Not to mention that everyone will be bouncing around to different departments on a 12 week rotation.
This is the kind of schedule you make if you want people to quit.
