The pandemic has not only shown us that we can work from home, but also that we can not work when we don’t want to

Companies simply stopped for weeks, months. Some did go bankrupt, but the vast majority went through this whole time without working and here they are still alive. This showed us that not working for a day will not bankrupt the company. We should have the constitutional right to be absent from work when we think we have more important things to do in life. Friend's wedding? Miss. Family at the hospital? Miss. Feeling unwell? Miss. Is your pet sick? Miss. Is your house very messy? Miss. Our life isn't just about our work, and we've been proven in practice that it won't destroy the companies we work for. And as we have already seen in this sub, this practice can prevent depressive episodes, burnout crises and even the death of workers. Some workers not going for one day in a week will not fucking bankrupt anyone. And if for coincidence…

Some workers not going for one day in a week will not fucking bankrupt anyone. And if for coincidence a lot of workers cant go in the same day its no problem, just dont open your business doors that day.
