Foreman – 50K – 6 days a week. with payed overtime.
everyone else is min wage with full health insurance. (illegals)
Hard work does not pay off. Our foreman has been with this company since he has been 18 and he is over 50. He has never owned a vehicle of his own….
Our foreman is our company, if he died on his commute, id be on unemployment. Unfortunately, idt he realizes his worth and he is very comfortable here.

Had 1 offer the entire time which i turned down, 100K, but it was crazy amounts of travel. Im kinda happy they didnt offer me more bc i would have had to take it. The other offered me 20K pay cut, to commute 1.3 hours and a 9 hour day, (for another small family owned company – made train car knuckles)
BTW, i am the best at what i do. Space X calls my cell phone when their combustion BS fails. So does Raytheon, the navy, hayward and the FAA. I can personally show you the errors in flamibility EIC specs. TBF, alot of the head engineers over these places are ganster af but they all say the same shit.

My current concern in life is getting cock roaches out of my shitty 1 bedroom apt, that i share with my fiance who takes in more then me nursing.
