The privilege of quitting a job or having a complete career change

I've been thinking about this for some time – I'm all for the anti-work movement and quitting, but the privilege of being able to quit your job or have a complete career change is often overlooked. Like it's not as simple as just working hard like Molly Mae and Kim Kardashian would say. Some can't afford to take risks, we have dependents, or no financial backup while we hustle in a new field – or we're time poor outside of our 9-5 jobs we require for stability. What do you think about this? Would you agree? How do we then participate in the anti work movement?
