The proof that there is a wage shortage NOT a worker shortage

Where I work there is a mixture of contracted and non contracted workers. So there is a pool of workers who have fixed hours and have to work those hours, and there is a pool zero hours workers (of which I am one) who can pick and choose what shifts they want. Monday to Friday shifts the pay is: £11.46 ($15.07) an hour Saturday shifts: £15.28 ($20.09) an hour Sunday shifts:£20.62 ($27.11) an hour Monday to Friday shift coverage is at 60 percent Saturday it is at 95 percent Sunday it is at 100 percent, with a waiting list Monday to Friday the managers are begging staff to come in. Sunday's, they are turning them away as they are over subscribed
