Most of the content and comments on this sub is usually more focused on fair, respectable treatment of people in their work situations and mocking the ridiculous standards of businesses. The description of the sub is kinda extreme compared to the community and prevents people who might be looking for ways to better their life.
This is just my opinion and I like seeing the content here as it reminds me we aren't workhorses and that people fight back on abusive workplaces. But the description is a red flag to regular people who might not know they are being taken advantage of.
