Therapy needed during work hours?

Hi everyone. Im technically considered disabled by the ADA (depression, ptsd etc), and a reasonable accommodation for me during work would be 1 hour therapy. My therapist only does therapy during 9-5, and I can’t switch therapists. Has anyone else been in this position and had to ask for it from a new employer? I feel like a burden / difficult compared to ppl who don’t need accommodations. To make matters worse, my new job (and all my jobs in this field) are field based, so it’s not as convenient as a WFH, because I have to leave the job site etc Anyways I’m half complaining & annoyed that the new manager had a kind of wack response to my accommodation request, and half looking for advice 🙂
