The deli manager at my store is, And i say this with all due respect, a bitch. Imagine a horrible boss and that's her.
Well almost all of our twenty some Deli staff has quit or she fired them due to not wanting overtime.
Well I overheard a conversation between her and our general manager talking about the 5 employees (including her daughter) that remain. I quote
“yeah I'm making them take overtime, (insert name) is working open to close 4 days this week and it's gonna stay like that. They're gonna be miserable and grumpy, but hey the deli is gonna stay open.”
I'm so glad I've put in my two weeks already.
