Things you wish you learnt sooner?

I graduate university in a few months which means my entry into the job market is imminent. I've really only worked part-time service work before, but am looking at going into entry-level corporate/office work. (My degree is pretty much useless so I'm just searching for something that will pay enough to keep up with rising living costs.) It's daunting, so I was wondering if anyone had any lived advice that I should remember? Anything to watch out for, or to remember to do, etc. Anything that can help protect myself and my health, really. I'm autistic so I get taken advantage of in work places a lot.
