i had 2 NCNS back to back, due to my disability (no accommodations) and communicated poorly. both bosses ignored my teams messages, left me on seen. then i got an email from my lower supervisor, she chewed me out in an email completely dehumanizing me and treating me like a child.
then demanding/giving me no choice but to come into a meeting “when you arrive for your shift, you, Upper Manager, and i will be having a meeting about this. we need to correct this pattern immediately.”i explained to them it was bc of my disability but took responsibility and bootlicked hard as fuck, which was ignored, then later i get this email. the meeting is 2 days ahead. my anxiety screams i'm being fired but… am i? would they schedule the meeting out 2 days, while i continue to work, if they are firing me…? or is it disciplinary action? i've gotten nagged before but never any actual real disciplinary action, i expect that at the very least.
this boss was always nice to me before.. i think i'll take the “high road” this time… and have a chance of collecting unemployment if fired.
anyway, i dont wanna waste my time, should i straight up ask if i'm being terminated? this company is awful, but this is actually on me for lack of communication. theyre really flexible. its remote, no customer service, usually chill, love the actual job..underpaid.
so… straight up ask if i'm being fired or not?
also don't worry i already have interviews in the process.
