This BS

So I told the bosses to fix an issue TWO freaking years ago, I even FIXED IT MYSELF, and they rolled the fix back because I was the one that did it, and it remains unfixed today. I am now being expected to fix all the issues it has caused (to give you an idea, there are 2000 tickets in my inbox this morning when a normal day has about 10, yes only ONE zero). This is the same job that I've put 6 years into and applied for a promotion twice and was denied both times for no clear reason. I've never had a performance issue, let alone an actual performance review. Never had any kind of negative interaction with my bosses aside from outright and blatant apathy. I feel like they are trying to piss me off enough to get me to walk out, but I have a family who depend on my paycheck, so I am forcing myself to stay at a job that disrespects, underpays, and overall neglects a good employee… This is not how to manage employees.

So today anytime I get pissed off, instead of fucking fixing it for them like I usually do, I'm letting it break and going to apply for other jobs. Good Luck you fucking bastards.
