This doesn’t happen to my schedule often but it’s happened twice now. My manager scheduled me 6 days in a row but claims I’m not working 6 days in a row because one of the days is in a different pay period. Previously I was scheduled NINE days in a row because of this thought process. I called out 2 days of that 9 because I couldn’t handle the work load mentally (I’m a server) I want to bring this up to my GM but I’m honestly afraid of repercussions from my direct manager because she makes my schedule and I just switched to a super cake m-f situation and she’s very petty and I fear she’ll take this away from me. Am I in a lose lose situation? I’ve had a lot of issues with this manager in the past to where I think this is actually personal..
