tl;dr Internship position advertised as basically a job posting (internships are supposed to be an opportunity for students to learn about the career or company), format is garbage (I'm sorry, our resumes are supposed to be beautiful and easy to read for hiring managers?), obligatory 3-4 years of experience gripes, and, of course, what anti-work sub post would be complete without talking about how a company is transparently opaque about the compensations of “contractors”?

But remember, life isn't fair, and I guess I exist to please hiring managers with the sight of my resume and whatever.

Whatever.
