This is anti-work, not “work-reform”

If you're just interested in rebalancing the equations (for example… more money/flexibility/respect to workers and less to owners) you're just stuck in the capitalist paradigm. You can't keep the same social relations between workers and owners and end up anywhere else than where we are today. It's like the futility of fighting for NEW New-Deal. The capitalist class will just roll everything back again. Work sucks because it's DESIGNED to suck and finding a nice boss to be your master doesn't change anything.
