Yoooooo this recruiter job was a joke. I let the CEO talk and talk about how I would be paid minimum wage in my state, I would pay a tech fee of about $260/month, and get paid on a recoverable draw. And he seemed to think $3000 a month (recoverable) was really doing something when almost everyone I know pays close to $2000 in rent monthly. No base plus commission. I then said ” It sounds like you want ME to pay YOU to work until I make a placement. Which feels like slave labor. I can make upto $30/hr to do data entry or customer service emails .Furthermore, I have never paid for training or equipment so this sounds like something I'm definitely not interested in. But thanks. Best of luck” Needless to say the CEO was tight AF.
