This is public information and it gives some good insight into the corporation you work for.
As an example of myself hearing your employer tell you over and over “no cost of living raises” they only believe in “merit raises only”. Its likely that your exec's are giving themselves nice raises while everyone else is making less and less every year. Also look back into your companies finances for stock buy backs etc.
And most of all the job market is on fire right now with lots of opportunities if you're unhappy go look for a better job and likely a raise. Please feel free to post other companies proxy statements.
