Throwback to the time I was a dental nurse and got a ‘poor’ for teamwork in my appraisal cause I was going all the communal work

So I stopped doing the jobs and they didn't get done so the manager dragged us all into the staff room, shouted a lot and said if they didn't get done we'd all get a write up. Lol what.
