My employer has change the time clock rules from six minutes (1/10th hour) before/after shift for clocking in or out to three minutes (1/20th hour) before/after. If you clock in four minutes after the start of the shift they dock you 1/10th of an hour. Before with the six minute rule if you clocked in seven-twelve minutes after they would dock you 1/10th of an hour.
