I have been working remotely for past 3 months after being onsite for 3.5 years. Requested 2 weeks off and was told that I can’t get time off unless I am back on site. Is this even legal? There’s no policy from company’s HR on requirement of being on site to get time off. Is my manager trying to be pull up a fast one?
