My manager wants me to have a timer to track every task. So if I am responding to slack messsages track it and then if I am responding to emails track it, everytime I am doing both stop the time each time I switch, add the time and yea track it on a sheet among all the other tasks that I have.
Havent slept in two days.

Edit – Forgot to mention, we have hubstaff and my productivity is around 60-70% most of the days. I have completed tasks on time. I feel like i am in a narcissistic relationship with them. Its love bombing, and then abuse.
