Got laid off from a UK based fundraising company. Evidently, I'm not right for the role, requiring a certain number of signed-up supporters (10 in a week). Despite the fact, this is my second week, and that training is done via youtube videos, I was not able to improve enough. So I have been laid off and I am expected to move out of the shared accommodation within 12 hours.
I'm sick of being a fucking number. I'm sick of target driven work. Middle management is always a joke, undertrained and overpaid.
