I have over 150 applications and all I have gotten is 1 interview where the manager said I was an “extremely strong candidate” then ghosted me and a couple rejection emails. I’m so tired I just need a damn paycheck. It doesn’t help that I live in a small town and I have no experience due to having to watch my younger siblings. Any advise is appreciated.
