Your job is really hard. I grilled five burgers for my family and they turned out okay… this time. It is really stressful trying to get them to turn out the way I want, though and not reliable. I can’t imagine doing that for hours on end at a breakneck pace.
As someone who has almost two masters degrees and who is proficient in the kitchen, I just want you to know how grateful I am for my burgers. I suck at making them. It’s not work that anyone can do if they can’t find a “real” job.
You all deserve a living wage, health benefits, and raises that reflect experience. Thank you for your service to our world.
