Let me first start off by saying that I am a married college student. I have been working a part-time job for only 20 hours a week which I loved at first. The manager that hired me walked out a few weeks ago because my boss threw a chair at her. After this had happened I started to feel very unhappy there. My boss was very much so the bully type of boss she would comment on how terrible my make up was or anything that had nothing to do with the job. Today when I walked into work my boss pulled me into the office to have a talk with me about how when I come to work I should tell hello first over everyone else. I had told her in the future that I would tell her hello as soon as I came in. She’s then stated how if I was a decent person she wouldn’t even have to tell me to say hello to her first. I’ve then decided to quit my job I’m tired of being bullied by a woman who is so unhappy with her life that she looks for little issues to make into big deals. I immediately felt so much happier once I left that toxic job.
