Let me start by saying I'm in the UK.
I started working for a company that was paying under market value for the job role but had almost 100% working from home so I figured with the money I'd be saving on petrol and parking it'd work out quite good.
After being there a week they changed my proposed pay day from 28th of the month to the 5th which was not ideal. I also noticed that the senior management weren't adequately skilled and weren't professional so I decided to leave after I discovered that there was no pension etc.
I had a sneaking suspicion that they would not pay me due to me leaving however on my exit interview I was promised that I would be paid for my days worked plus the on-call bonus for two nights.
I've called acas who have said I need to contact them (which I've done) but that they have one month to correct the issue before it's seen as a missed payment.
Can anyone provide any additional advice? I'm a tad worried as I can't afford to not be paid for this.
