I run a maintenance department we currently have 4 job opening which mean we are staffed at 50%
Was talking with my boss at how the search was going to fill them and he was talking about how it's next to impossible to find good talent. I think we need to pay better but there are very few people looking that have the skill sets we need.
I mentioned that right now the only people we will find that fit our needs are people looking because their current employer pissed them off…. So don't piss me off.
We seriously need more apprenticeships
