Told to ignore my bosses directions if they conflicted with his directions?!?!

Previous job, I'm already out of there. Had a boss that loved to micromanage. It feels pretty worthless to have every decision second guessed but I got over it and accepted that. Until it became clear that he didn't like his own decisions either. Ex, I think we should do B, is that fine? No do A. (I do A) Here's A. Why didn't you do B? Because you told me not to and to do A. I don't recall that but you needed to do B to be successful and even if I said do A, it's your fault for not doing B. Over and over, no matter how much I had in writing and details clearly identified. I can not recommend getting a discreate audio/cam recorder enough if you're state allows one party recording. You might end up with a large check at some point because of it.
