too many hours and not enough guys to do the work

I'm working 13 to 17 hours a day marking under ground gas and electric lines, if I make a mistake someone could be killed. These hours are standard in my industry across the USA. There NEEDS to be laws against this many hours! Oh I forgot… the all mighty dollar is king.
