I have sat for many interviews, first I have to give a test, if I pass that, then they give me an assignment to complete to check my “competence'. Okay, I am a fresher. You can check it.
The worst thing after all this, if I was rejected, they ghost me and recieve no answer. What? I went all through that bs and you don't have courtesy to tell me if I am rejected or not.
And even more worst part, they don't disclose salary or benefits before making me go through all these rounds. Their answer ” We will discuss it if you are selected”.
I have given up. Its so frustrating, once I was rejected because as I was explaining my idea their question, they paid no attention to me and kept talking on phone.
Sorry for this rant. And they don't even read the resume properly, the interviewers ask me questions that is already written on my resume. Holy shit.
