Too much sitting/screen time at work. Advice?

I realise the irony of posting this via a computer, but I'm switching off to play a board game in a second (because I realised that, as fatigued as I feel, spending more time on a screen wasn't going to do me any favours). Summer is a quiet time at work, so we don't get to leave the office for meetings. It's already started slowing down, and I'm not a fan. Far too much focus time, far too much screen time, far too much sitting. What is there to do? I have hobbies for when I'm home (craft, baking, reading), I walk or cycle as a commute and I never stay in the office at lunch time, I am also going camping soon (hoping to make a regular thing of it, it's certainly cheap enough)…but so much of my week is spent at work, and I really want something to…

I'm not happy with this current ratio of office/sitting/screen to moving/doing something else.
