Took 2 holidays in 6 months and now my performance is being questioned

I’m entitled to time off they say but apparently it’s “too much”. Threats of “probation being around the corner”. After a tough two years in the pandemic, I deserve time off! Im tempted to quit this week as I’ve now booked some annual leave for later this month and September and I don’t want to return from Europe to this mess. A good idea to be income-less but happier or have a bit more ££ and be more pressured and miserable? Thanks so much in advance
