I (19) work as a Technician and I just got sent home by one of the owners of the company because I told him not to touch me. He repeatedly touched my arm and waist for no reason as I'm helping out the Production Supervisors since they're short-handed. I had enough when he had his hand around my waist and I tell him,” Don't touch me ” He get in my face and yells for me to get out of here, so I immediately notify my boss and HR. Both give the same answer as to,”Come back tomorrow for your next shift.” I feel so disgusted and already vomit numerous times. What am I supposed to do? Please help me you guys.
