Toxicity, danger, shithead bosses. Guess who quited.

Yes, it's me. No rising salary in 2 years, while the CEO and his friends regurarly get bonus (to buy new house, car, drugs, whores, etc). No politeness nor kindness if the boss has a bad day, while I was scolded to be more kind and polite to anybody and everybody always. No tools, no proper equipments for production, bosses have no clue why we can't grow the volume or the capacity. Or just don't want to see the problems. Once in a regular check, I found unusual, and really poisonous matter in our industrial wastewater, and the CEO said I was wrong when I mentioned it for the workers and warned them to be carefull handling it. Because to consider the danger is HIS duty, not my duty, and he thinks it's not a real problem, I just maked unnecessary panic among the workers. (Yeah, it's just some iodine,…

(Yeah, it's just some iodine, that could cause severe illness. It really sounds not a real problem.)
The last nail in the coffin: the CEO summoned the leaders to a great meeting, and brought out his newest genious idea: we should produce red mercury, and he wanna hear our opinion. Everyone was quiet and scrolling eyes. I was cruelly honest: we had no security stuff for it, nor certificate from the government, nor equipment for production. Oh, and yeah, it would be the most dangerous shit ever the company tried. So my opinion is a “Hell fucking NO”. CEO stated I was too narrow-minded and pessimistic to see the great opportunity (he ment the money).
A few day earlier, an other company offerd me a job, and I accepted it, without compunction. Better salary, safer workplace, zero crazy “I have a great idea” boss.
Screw them all, I made a good decision.

Oh, and the funniest fact: I dealt with two people's job, pretty irreplaceable tasks. After I quited, production decreased with like 70%. The company is slowly sinking. I regret nothing.
