Training someone whose getting paid more than me

I’ve been working at a car dealership for about a year now and have worked my booty off non stop since I was hired as a greeter. I was a greeter for 6 months and during that there was a 5 week period where I didn’t have a single day off due to my work ethic and offering to cover any shift available. I worked and worked and finally got promoted to be a service advisor. This came with no pay raise but a promised 3000$ bonus every three months. This bonus didn’t come so I asked for a raise and was told no. We started training a new person and today I asked her what she made hourly and she told me she signed to make 17.50 an hour. I’ve been making 15.00 since I started. Next Friday is now my last day I’m not dealing with this shit…

I’ve wasted an entire fucking year Pursuing what I was hoping to be a career path just for someone with ZERO EXPERIENCE IN THE AUTO INDUSTRY to come in and immediately get paid more than me. Fucking ridiculous
