I’m trying to keep my motivation up today. In our staff meeting this morning, the first order of business was congratulating a fellow team member on getting chosen to receive a $15,000 stock grant for doing a good job. In the same meeting, we talked about different things we’re doing to cut costs. Then, we were asked to come up with a vision statement for our department. After I suggested that vision should come from leadership, my boss said I seem feisty and asked if I got enough sleep last night.
