Tyson’s food piloting 4 day workweek
I have been saying that more companies with production facilities should adopt 4 day work weeks. This should also go for any onsite employee (labs and scientists). My science major requires to be on site, I changed my dream job to be able to work from home. Now all of the people I went to school with are hitting me up and asking me how I found a WFH job. Guys we are in trouble without scientist, lab techs and people that need to be onsite. Personally I don’t think 4 day work weeks are the complete solution but it is a step in the right direction for onsite employees. I know a lot of VPs and directors get car stipends but I think since so many WFH these stipends should be transferred to on site people for commute and gas money. What do you think?
