The fact I know my job isn't the worst yet it hits all of that. I cannot do this corporate world shit, I can't wake up every morning and spend my entire day at a place we mutually do not care of
I refuse to put in 100% of my efforts, I keep being told to “be faster” in my work, nah. Ya get what ya get. The type of workload is something for like 8 people, but there's only 3 of us. I refuse to feel stressed over this, because when I was – and was actually putting in a lot of effort and producing more work, I was never appreciated. Yet mistakes are always pointed out
And I work overtime everyday with no extra pay at all. I'm not gonna go above and beyond because I already am. Can't wait for this to be over
It's so infuriating having to hear how I have to be appreciative I have this job, yes definitely appreciate having a job, but I can also not appreciate the treatment.
Bosses being picky is just….. the real interviewers should be the employees. And it shouldn't be employees having to be grateful they're employed, it should be bosses being grateful they even have employees.
