This is an advise coming from someone who can’t stand up for her co-worker because I’m bound to SHUT THE F UP.
My co-worker was sexually harassed by her immediate supervisor and shared it on social media. She hasn’t been reporting to work because of fear, and NOW she’s the one being asked to explain her absences.
I freaking want to share the post so it could get attention, and finally get the predator punished but I can’t. I want to walk away from this company, I wish I could afford it. Fuck the company’s social media policy. Hate how capitalism controls pretty much everything you do.
