I was placed under a pip in April without a timeframe (I even asked because I thought that was weird… I defiantly had 1 foot out the door for sure)
I have been busting my ass and improved in the areas I was lacking on… it is now almost July and I’m still under the PIP with no clear timeline.
My manager has told me that I’ve “really turned things around” and is giving me some more projects… I’m willing to take on the extra projects but not having a timeframe for the pip kinda seems unfair
Should I say something? How long should a pip last? I have a feeling they’re going to keep me in “limbo” until my next review in November and then just give me a pat on the back…
