I have a grocery store right across the street from my apartment. It's super convenient and I love being able to walk to get my groceries. However, this place is begging for workers at only $1.25 above minimum wage, in the second largest city in my state. McDonald's is paying better than they are. The low wage and poor working conditions are revolting, but I also don't want to take a ten minute drive on the highway to hit up Fred Meyers, which pays only marginally better.
Does anybody know of any companies who print business cards designed to encourage people to unionize? Or have any nice templates so I can get them printed myself? Obviously if you designed the template yourself then I would compensate you for its use. I would love to drop these on store shelves once or twice a week whenever I go to get groceries.
