I work at one of the busiest airports in the USA for a concessions company. The hourly workers are unionized and are planning a walk out tomorrow. I as a manager support them in their endeavor to get a higher minimum wage amd other benefits but how can I be supportive without risking my own employment?
Is there anything I can do? I know I'll probably be filling in positions for the employees who walk out.
Fyi: our company and the union have been in bargaining since July 1st when the contract ended.
