General question, just looking for insight.
Is it beneficial for a person serving at a restaurant to unionize? We all split the tips at the end of the night and make server wages in the Midwest. Management is great, but corporate fails to meet the same expectations they require of us who are the face of their company.
Open to answer any other questions, I have nothing to lose if I stay or quit, just looking to see if I can make the conditions better for everyone else regardless of my own job security.
