Unpaid shift, advice?

This is asking for any advice on course of action. I started a job with a local ice cream shop, they told me I have to do a training shift before I can work alone. I went and it turned out to he a full 8 hour shift. After a week of working I noticed I was only paid for 2 days of work out of the 3 I did. I assumed since I was paid on sundays and worked friday through sunday that week that he didn't pay me for the shift I hadn't finished yet. After another week I asked if I could start being paid for the shift I was working on sunday as well, after some talking and clearing up confusion they told me training was unpaid and it was a normal thing in “the industry”.

The next week I let him know I was quitting after one last weekend of work. When I went to collect my payment he made me stand outside the shop while he “told me what he thinks of me” which was just talking down on me in typical boomer “this generation is so lazy” fashion then threw my weekend pay at me in cash for me to pick up on a crowded street. The next day he text me that he overpaid me $35 and asked for it back saying if I didn't then I was a dishonest person, I ignored it.

From this sub I learned I can report unpaid shifts to the Department of Labor and planned to do so as NY labor laws say any MANDATORY shift for any purpose must be paid for.

Well tonight he started a groupchat with me, him and a friend I was going to have work with me before this happened. He sent a picture of my driver's license and cropped texts about my availability then basically tried to blackmail me saying he was going to tell my family I stole $35 from him and personally addressed a few paragraphs to my friend to tell her he thinks I'm a horrible person. She was upset because they never met and she thought it was creepy he kept her contact information after turning down the job.

So I know he's legally in the wrong for the unpaid shift as I have texts where he says it's mandatory but never mentions it's unpaid but can I also do anything about the threats, blackmail attempts, sending my ID with personal information to someone he's never even met, defamation, him throwing my payment in cash at me physically? Can provide censored screenshots of everything.
