I saw a post about a small business going out of business because they can't find employees. Don't get me wrong they probably were paying minimum wage and that's wrong but they also likely have skyrocketing rents, raw material prices skyrocketing and their personal expenses are the same as ours. Basically the big companies such up all the cheap goods and set low wages and small business takes crap for being stuck just like us.
I work in a not super small factory and people complain our prices went up but we are having rmtrouble getting raw materials in at any cost. Yes we have profits but they actually pay well and just have higher costs of production.
