Unqualified employee and training.

I work in a very specialized field that requires training from original equipment manufacturers to complete the repairs and maintenance on said equipment. We have currently lost 2 trained techs, 1 retires in a month, 1 is 450 lbs and 65 years old, and the last is pushing 70. My manager thought it would be a great idea to hire his student(he teaches electrical theory at a community college) to do a job that she has no training for, no experience doing, and no background in. I understand everyone has to start somewhere, but the issue is that management has not created a plan to get her properly trained, and she now expects me (35 year old workhorse) to train her while my useless co-workers do nothing. If I wanted a job where I had to worry about someone else’s career and training I would have stayed in the Army.
